Ian E. Robinson is a shareholder at the firm. A fifth-generation Floridian, he graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. After completing his undergraduate studies, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, where he was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society throughout his law school career.
His practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on catastrophic injury and wrongful death, business litigation, construction defect litigation, products liability, healthcare, premises liability, negligent security, and transportation litigation.
Mr. Robinson received an "AV® Preeminent™" Attorney rating from Martindale-Hubbell® following an extensive peer review process. The "AV® Preeminent™" designation represents the highest rating for legal ability and adherence to ethical standards, professional reliability, and diligence.
Mr. Robinson has also been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine each year since 2015; a distinction reserved for no more than 2.5% of attorneys in Florida after a thorough research and selection process. He was also honored to be named a Fellow in Class III of The Florida Bar's Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy, a selective year-long fellowship focused on professional development.
Mr. Robinson has earned selection as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), recognizing the country's top trial attorneys. The LCA is an invitation-only honorary society dedicated to promoting superior advocacy, professionalism, and ethical standards among trial lawyers. Composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers, LCA Fellows are selected based on their legal excellence and accomplishments in litigation and superior ethical reputations.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Robinson is actively engaged in the local community. He sits on the Board of Directors for the DeVos-Blum Family YMCA and is active with the Board for the Young Lawyers Division of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He has also co-chaired the Continuing Legal Education Subcommittee of the Judicial Relations Committee for the Palm Beach County Bar Association, in addition to serving on its Personal injury and Wrongful Death Committee.
Mr. Robinson is a member of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
