Biography

Mr. Krueger graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1995, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Religion. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from University of Maryland School of Law in 2003, graduating with Honors. While pursuing his Juris Doctorate degree, he was a member of the Moot Court Board.

Mr. Krueger has focused almost exclusively on representing health care providers in medical malpractice and professional disciplinary cases since he began practicing law in 2003. During that time, he has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts. In addition, he has presented numerous seminars to physicians relating to medical malpractice and risk management. Before Mr. Krueger began practicing law, he was a member of the United States Air Force for over six years and served in the intelligence field as a cryptologic linguist (Russian). The Air Force brought Mr. Krueger to Maryland from the Midwest, where he was born and raised in Wisconsin. In 2020, Mr. Krueger moved to South Florida, where he continues to defend health care providers.

Mr. Krueger was awarded an AV® Preeminent® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell in August 2013 after just ten years of practicing law.

He is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts as well as the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is also admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Mr. Krueger joined Adams | Coogler in 2022 and currently focuses on medical malpractice defense litigation.

  • Estate of Sparks v. Physician, 2019. Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Obtained defense verdict from jury for hospitalist in case alleging negligent discharge from the hospital resulting in death from gastrointestinal bleeding
  • Engels v. Physician, 2018. Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Obtained defense verdict from jury for obstetrician/gynecological surgeon in case alleging negligent injury of the urethra during trans obturator sling placement procedure, resulting in permanent incontinence
  • Estate of Bundu v. Physician, 2017, Circuit Court for Prince George’s County. Obtained defense verdict from jury for pediatrician who allegedly failed to diagnose and treat newborn baby’s blood disorder when the child died five days after birth.
  • Robinson v. Physician, 2015, Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Obtained defense verdict from jury for internal medicine physician who allegedly provided negligent care to nursing home patient resulting in falls.
  • Parlier v. Physician, 2015, District Court for Baltimore County. Obtained defense verdict for plastic surgeon who allegedly breached agreement to perform cosmetic reconstructive surgery.
  • Stumpf v. Dentist, 2013, Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Obtained defense verdict from jury for dentist who allegedly fabricated and delivered dental restoration.
  • King v. Physician, 2013, Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Obtained defense verdict from jury for a surgeon who allegedly negligently performed a colectomy.
  • Robertson v. Physician, 2013, United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Obtained defense verdict from jury for a neurosurgeon who allegedly failed to obtain informed consent before performing spinal surgery.
  • Schaffer v. Physician, 2012, District Court for Baltimore County. Obtained defense verdict for an orthopedic surgeon who allegedly negligently treated a wrist fracture.
  • Hubbard v. Physician, 2012, Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Obtained defense verdict from jury for internal medicine physician who allegedly failed to diagnose a Clostridium difficile infection.
  • Levy v. Physician, 2011, Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Obtained defense verdict from jury for an ophthalmologist who allegedly negligently performed cataract surgery.
