Biography

Ryan McGlynn joined Adams | Coogler in 2026. Prior to joining, Ryan was an accomplished Assistant State Attorney in West Palm Beach, Florida, with a decade of intensive experience as a trial lawyer. Since 2014, he has prosecuted a diverse range of cases, demonstrating expertise in white-collar crime, special victims, and domestic violence.

Most recently serving in the White-Collar Crime Unit of the 15th Judicial Circuit, Ryan previously prosecuted Juvenile Special Victims crimes. His career also includes significant time in the Felony Trial Division and the County Court Domestic Violence Unit in West Palm Beach, as well as an initial role in the County Court Trial Division for the 9th Judicial Circuit in Orlando.

Throughout his career, Ryan has successfully handled over 50 jury trials and continuously managed high-volume caseloads. He is highly competent in courtroom procedure, motion practice, legal research and writing, and plea negotiations, and has also mentored junior attorneys.

At Adams Coogler, Ryan brings a criminal law foundation to his work defending clients in professional liability, complex commercial disputes and insurance defense.
