Biography

Jessica Bird joined Adams | Coogler in 2026 and focuses on general liability defense litigation. Jessica began her career representing hospitals, physicians, and medical facilities in medical malpractice and general liability defense litigation throughout New York state. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an attorney for the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets, where she advised the agencies on risk management of state-owned property, contractual liability, procurement, and grant administration.
