Mr. Newman attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate studies and later graduated Summa Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University’s Shephard Broad College of Law. Mr. Newman has been a practicing attorney for nearly a decade, during which time he has represented the interests of individuals, corporations, and insurers. With a background in litigating on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants, Mr. Newman has ability to analyze a case from both perspectives. This insight allows Mr. Newman to reach the best results for his clients.
Mr. Newman joined Adams | Coogler in 2018 and works in the firm’s general commercial and civil litigation department. Mr. Newman handles wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, commercial automobile negligence, contract disputes, and coverage litigation. Mr. Newman has successfully defended numerous clients, including obtaining a full dismissal in a wrongful death case against a security company and a full dismissal against a trucking company in a case involving catastrophic injuries to multiple passengers. In both matters, Mr. Newman was able to successfully argue that the companies had no liability for the damages sought.
Mr. Newman subscribes to the philosophy that not only does every person and company deserve a defense, but that they deserve the best defense possible.

Mr. Newman is married to a practicing attorney, and they have one son. Mr. Newman is devoted to his family and enjoys spending as much of his free time with his family as possible. Mr. Newman is also an avid golfer and basketball player.
