Mr. Newman graduated from the University of Florida in 2010, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he was an active participant in the Moot Court Honor Society as well as an editor for the Law Review. Mr. Newman graduated law school Summa Cum Laude, receiving high grade awards in his Contracts, Products Liability and Constitutional Law II courses.
Mr. Newman is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and has been practicing civil litigation since his admission to the Florida Bar in 2014. He has represented individuals, corporations and insurers in cases involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, premises liability, defective products, auto accidents and homeowner’s insurance disputes.
Mr. Newman joined Adams Coogler in 2018, where he works in the firm’s general commercial and civil litigation department. His practice areas include premises liability, defective products, commercial auto negligence, contract disputes, construction litigation and wrongful death.
