Biography
Sterling Mart is a litigation associate who joined the firm in 2026. He is a former staff attorney and law clerk of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court. He is admitted to practice law in Florida state courts. Sterling is a lifelong Floridian with strong ties to Palm Beach County. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palm Beach State College with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Supervision. He earned his law degree from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where he learned the value of dedication, perseverance, and self-improvement in the practice of law. Sterling believes that there are no shortcuts in law and that through persistence, question-asking, and grit, virtually any obstacle can be overcome.
Sterling has also worked at several law firms across the South Florida area before joining the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court as a staff attorney and law clerk in 2022, where he assisted circuit and county judges with a wide range of criminal and civil matters. He enjoys learning about how different sections of the law interconnect and how Florida’s legal landscape continuously evolves.

In his free time, Sterling enjoys visiting Palm Beach Counties’ many parks, trips to the beach, cooking, and going to the gym.
