Mr. Warburton received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Gettysburg College, located in Gettysburg, Pa in 1985. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from New England School of Law located in Boston, Ma in 1989.
He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1989, the Florida Bar in 1990 and the Georgia Bar in 2018. Mr. Warburton is a Board Certified Civil trial attorney as designated by the Florida Bar. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Trial Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Warburton is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Warburton is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Warburton concentrates in the areas of Personal Injury, Premises Liability and Construction Litigation and Health Care Litigation. He has lectured in topics such as automobile accident cases and premises liability. He has served as an expert witness in the areas of disability claims and attorney fee hearings.
Mr. Warburton received his Martindale-Hubbell AV Rating in 2004. The "AV" designation represents the highest rating for legal ability and adherence to ethical standards, professional reliability, and diligence.
Mr. Warburton joined Adams | Coogler, P.A. in 1991, becoming a shareholder in 1998.
